Modern Fertility Law ensures proper certification for all surrogacy births. For the first time, Milena O’Hara was able to obtain a judgment in 1998 ordering two dads on their baby’s original California birth certificate. Now, all California birth certificates have boxes for Mother, Father, or Parent.
